The JGC-30 Type Fully Enclosed Weighing Belt Feeder is an ideal equipment for the continuous conveying and metering of bulk materials, especially suitable for the metering of coal fed into the furnace in power plants, the metering of desulfurization limestone, chemical batching, and coal water slurry batching, where high requirements are imposed on the on-site environment.

Working Principle

Materials enter the feeder through the control gate. When the materials pass through the weighing bridge on the belt, the high-precision strain-type weighing sensors on the weighing bridge convert the weight of the materials into current signals and send them to the integrator. Meanwhile, the integrator receives the pulse signals transmitted by the photoelectric speed sensor installed on the tail roller. Through the integral operation of the weight signals and the speed signals, the instantaneous flow rate and the cumulative amount are obtained.

Variable-frequency stepless speed regulation ensures smooth operation, not only saving energy and reducing consumption but also meeting the requirements of on-site open-loop or closed-loop flow rate regulation.

It can be equipped with a high-temperature isolation gate to prevent hot air backflow, providing convenience for safe production and maintenance.

Optional instrument interfaces: standard RS232, RS485 interfaces, and printer interfaces.

Optional 0~20 mA or 4~20 mA proportional flow current output to realize program-controlled networking.
