The LXC series metering double-tube screw scale consists of two screw tubes. Usually, one is used for conveying materials, and the other is used for balancing and stabilizing the system. This structural design makes the double-tube screw scale more stable during operation and can reduce fluctuations caused by uneven material flow or external interference. It is mainly a metering device applicable to continuously conveying powdered and bulk materials, performing dynamic metering, and controlling the feeding amount. Especially in occasions with high requirements for metering accuracy, such as in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, the double-tube screw scale can meet strict metering requirements.
Working Principle
During the process of the material being screw-conveyed, the weighing sensor installed under the screw conveyor detects the weight of the material and generates a voltage signal proportional to the load. Meanwhile, the speed sensor installed at the tail of the screw conveyor detects the speed signal of the main shaft of the screw conveyor. Both signals are simultaneously sent to the weighing integrator, and after integral operation, the instantaneous flow value and the cumulative amount value are obtained.
System Characteristics
Sealed structure, preventing dust from scattering.
Combining dynamic metering with screw conveyance to achieve dynamic continuous metering.
Compact structure, occupying a small space, and having reliable running stability.
Automatic zero adjustment and automatic interval adjustment, with all parameters inputted by key pressing.
Using weight calibration, which is simple and convenient.
Photoelectric speed measurement sensor, with high precision and anti-interference ability.
It can achieve fixed-ratio and fixed-quantity batching in cooperation with the impeller feeder, or can also achieve speed-adjusting batching by using the direct pressure type of the silo.
