Belt Head Sampling and Sample Preparation System
 The belt head sampling and sample preparation system means that the primary sampling machine is installed at the end position of the belt conveyor to collect subsamples from the material flow at the end of the conveyor.

System Composition
 The figure shows a typical belt conveyor end sampling and sample preparation system. This system is composed of a rotary or reciprocating end primary sampling machine, a sample feeder, a crusher, a reducer, a sample collector, and residue treatment equipment, etc.

System Working Process
 The working process of this system is as follows: According to the programmed settings, the rotary end sampling machine rotates the sampling head once every certain time interval to collect a subsample from the material flow falling from the head of the belt conveyor. The subsample enters the sample feeder through the chute. The feeder continuously and evenly inputs the primary sample into the crusher. The crusher crushes the subsample according to the specified particle size requirements. The crushed subsample undergoes secondary sampling and reduction by the secondary sampling machine. Finally, the final sample enters the collection tank, and the residue in the system enters the material flow.
