The hidden box chain weight calibration device is equipment for dynamically calibrating the electronic belt scales installed on belt conveyors. It is widely used in occasions where electronic belt scales are used to measure bulk materials in industries such as electric power, metallurgy, chemical engineering, docks, building materials, and coal mines. It can achieve static automatic calibration of the accuracy of electronic belt scales. The hidden box chain weights are usually used to calibrate various electronic belt scales with an accuracy level ranging from 0.5 to 2.0.
Main Features of the Hidden Box Chain Weight System
The chain weight is installed above the belt. The calibration process is convenient, fast, highly automated, time-saving, labor-saving, accurate and reliable.
The retraction and extension of the hidden box chain weight are automatically operated by the electronic control system, and there are remote output contacts provided for remote control in the program control room.
When there is a relatively large space above the conveyor, a winding type retraction and extension device can be selected. When the space is relatively narrow, a hidden box type retraction and extension device can be chosen.
When the winding type retraction and extension device is selected, there are two options for users to refer to. One option is to fix the winding retraction and extension device on the conveyor frame, which requires one set of retraction and extension devices for each conveyor.
The other option is to fix the retraction and extension device on the top of the belt gallery above the conveyor, and it can move horizontally in a manual or electronically controlled state, aiming to achieve the purpose of calibrating the belt scales on two conveyors with one set of retraction and extension devices, which can save costs.
