The Model 12 integrated speed sensor is mainly used for speed measurement of electronic belt scales. It consists of a speed measuring wheel, a speed measuring sensor, a mounting rod, etc. The speed measuring wheel adopts a rubber-coated wheel to increase the friction between the speed measuring wheel and the return belt of the conveyor. Through the friction contact with the return belt by gravity, it rotates at the same linear speed as the return belt, truly reflecting the linear speed of the belt. The speed measuring sensor sends pulse signals to the weighing instrument, and each pulse represents one unit of the belt's travel. The pulse frequency is proportional to the belt speed. The speed measuring sensor can be a non-contact speed measuring sensor. This device is easy to install and maintain, solving the problem that the drum-type speed measuring device is difficult to install and maintain.
