Description

ICS-14 Type High-Precision Electronic Belt Scale adopts a full-suspended weighing bridge and digital signal transmission and processing technologies. Its dynamic cumulative error is less than ±0.125%. It is applicable to internal and external settlements of enterprises or other occasions with high requirements for weighing accuracy.

Model and Its Meaning

Working Principle:
    The weighing bridge is installed on the conveyor frame. When materials pass by, the weighing idlers detect the weight of the materials on the belt conveyor. Through the lever action, a voltage signal proportional to the belt load is generated on the weighing sensor. The speed sensor is directly connected to the large-diameter speed measuring roller, providing a series of pulses. Each pulse represents a belt movement unit, and the pulse frequency is proportional to the belt speed. The weighing instrument receives signals from the weighing sensor and the speed sensor, and through integral operation, obtains an instantaneous flow value and a cumulative weight value, which are then displayed respectively.

Structural Characteristics:

Full-suspended structure, without trunnion pivots and movable parts, requiring little maintenance.

Unit component structure, with few force transmission links, simple and convenient installation.

Unique rectangular levers, with good rigidity, no deformation, and good zero stability.

Resistant to lateral forces and horizontal forces, effectively reducing the impact of belt deviation and material falling deviation on the system accuracy.

Four weighing sensors, less affected by eccentric loading, stable, and with high metering accuracy.

Wide weighing area. Three or four sets of idlers minimize the impact of the belt on weighing accuracy.

For special occasions with large amounts of dust and corrosive substances such as acids, alkalis, and salts, the scale frame is made of stainless steel or subjected to anti-corrosion treatment.

 

System Composition:
    The ICS-14 type electronic belt scale consists of four parts:
  ICS-14 type weighing bridge, weighing sensor, YK-12 type speed sensor and speed measuring roller, and YK2000 weighing controller.

Weighing Bridge:
    The ICS-14 type weighing bridge has four sets of weighing idlers and a full-suspended structure, without trunnion pivots and moving parts. It is designed with rectangular steel pipes. The entire weighing bridge has sufficient rigidity, a relatively small self-weight, and minimizes the surface dust accumulation area. High-precision resistance strain gauge sensors are installed in the tensioned parts to reduce non-linear errors. To ensure the stability of the entire system, it requires extremely little maintenance. Four tension-type weighing sensors are hung on two crossbeams to provide support for the weighing bridge. The weighing bridge has a four-unit component structure and can be conveniently and quickly installed on site, only requiring eight bolts for installation and fixation.

    The weighing sensors selected for the ICS series electronic belt scales are resistance strain gauge tension (compression) force sensors.
