Operating Principle
The chain weight simulates the load of materials per meter on the belt and is placed on the running belt. Both ends of the chain weight are pulled by soft ropes in a shape like the Chinese character "八" to prevent it from deviating or sliding along with the belt. The working length of the chain weight should be able to cover the front and rear two sets of idlers in the weighing area of the electronic belt scale.
Record the length of one circle of the belt and the number of running circles. The product of these and the nominal value of the chain weight is taken as the reference value. By comparing the accumulated amount shown on the weighing instrument under the above circumstances with the reference value, the actual error of the electronic belt scale can be determined. Whether it is within the allowable range or not can be used to verify whether its metering accuracy is qualified.
